One command.

Under five minutes. Mac. Requires Claude Code or Codex already installed; it will find whichever you have. Card is not charged until the proof lands.

What happens when you run it.

  1. It finds your agents. If you only have one, it says so and carries on.

    Found Claude Code. Found Codex.

  2. You pair your phone. Open Telegram, iMessage, WhatsApp, Slack, or Discord. Send the code. Done. That device can approve; nobody else's can.

  3. It reads your instruction files. Both agents carry what is in them from here on.

    Ingested CLAUDE.md (412 lines), AGENTS.md (88 lines).

  4. You set the policy. Reads, tests, lint, and branch PRs run unattended by default. Money, prod, messaging, and deletes wait for your tap. Change it now or later, per repo.

  5. You run the proof. Tell Claude one decision. Now ask Codex. See below.

Prove it in ten minutes or you were never charged.

Tell Claude Code one real decision about your repo. Something you have actually re-explained before. "We keep Stripe customer IDs denormalized on the org row because the join was killing the dashboard."

Open Codex. Ask it about that decision.

Codex knows.

Codex recalled it. You're in.

Your card is captured, and your first text from the thread arrives.

Codex does not know.

Close the terminal. Your card was authorized and never captured. Nothing to cancel.

And email john@memoryrouter.ai with what you told Claude, because that is a bug and we want it.
